醤油やみりんで作った甘いタレに肉または魚を漬けておき、そのタレを塗りながら焼いた料理。魚ならブリ、肉なら鶏肉が代表的。
Teriyaki
Meat and fish marinated in sweet sauce made with soy sauce and mirin sweet sake, and grilled while brushing on the glaze. Common ingredients are yellowtail and chicken.
