切干大根の煮物
切り干し大根は、大根を細長く薄く切って乾燥させた伝統的保存食。水で戻した後、他の食材と一緒に醤油・みりん・砂糖で調味し炒め煮した料理。副菜の定番のひとつ。
Simmered dried radish strips
A traditional preservative food in which daikon radish is shredded into thin strips and dried. Rehydrated dried radish strips are simmered with other ingredients in soy sauce, mirin sweet sake, and sugar. A classic side dish.
