冷やした中華麺の上に具材を載せ、冷たいつゆをかけた料理。夏季メニュー。錦糸卵、キュウリ、トマト、チャーシュー、紅ショウガなどの具材を彩り鮮やかに盛り付ける。醤油と酢のつゆか、ゴマダレをかける。中華料理をヒントに日本で考案された料理。
Chilled ramen with toppings
Chilled Chinese noodles with toppings and cold noodle soup base. A classic summer dish. Toppings include shredded egg, cucumber, tomato, char siu barbeque pork, and red pickled ginger. Served with sesame dressing or noodle soup base made with soy sauce and vinegar. A Japanese dish inspired by Chinese dishes.
