中華丼

ボウル状の器、もしくは深皿に、白飯を盛り、その上から八宝菜をかけた丼ものの一種。八宝菜とは、肉や魚介類、野菜を塩・醤油・酒などで味付けし、とろみをつけた中華料理。

A type of rice bowl dish with Chinese vegetable stir-fry, Happosai, served over white rice, either on a bowl or a plate. Happosai is a Chinese dish in which meat, seafood, and vegetables are seasoned with salt, soy sauce, and sake, and coated with thick flavorsome sauce.
