揚げ出し豆腐

豆腐に片栗粉または小麦粉をつけて揚げたもの。つゆをかけるのが一般的だが、あんかけをかける場合もある。

Tofu coated with potato starch or flour and deep-fried. Commonly served with soup stock but may also be served with thick savory sauce.
