餃子
中華料理の点心の一種で、小麦粉で作った丸い皮に肉や魚介類、野菜などの具材を包んだのが餃子。それを焼くと焼き餃子、茹でると水餃子、揚げると揚げ餃子になる。日本では焼き餃子が最もポピュラー。
Gyoza potstickers
A type of Chinese dim sum dish in which meat, seafood, and vegetables are wrapped in a flour-based wrapper. Variations include pan-fried gyoza, boiled gyoza, and deep-fried gyoza. Pan-fried gyoza is the most popular in Japan.
